Taiwan’s Cayin Technology have provided the digital signage systems for Computex, the world’s 2nd largest electronics show, as part of an exhibition sponsorship deal.
Working with Chi Lin (who provided the LCD displays) and Modernsolid (who provided the mounting solutions), Cayin installed 15 signs around the main entrances and selected areas such as the press centre and VIP lounges at the Taipei World Trade Centre.
The opening ceremony, addressed by President Ma, was broadcasted live to the screens, in addition the screens were used to communicate official announcements and as a promotional platform to inform and guide visitors to featured exhibitors and events.
Each of the displays was equipped with Cayin’s SMP media player, and all of the players were linked through the Internet and centrally managed.
