How do I change the resolution setting in the Digital Signage software for my appliance and display?

My Presentation does not show correctly on my display. But the Presentation’s resolution matches the Windows resolution setting on my appliance. What is wrong? Most likely, you need to change or update the display’s resolution settings in our Digital Signage software solution – to match the resolution settings in Windows on your appliance.
