PSI Corporation (OTCBB:PSCP), operating as Pantel Systems, Inc., a self-service provider of customer-facing public access self-service systems, today released its November 2006 Corporate Update reporting progress on new business initiatives and new systems rollouts.

Pantel Systems reported that during the month of July, engineering was completed for its new enhanced e-banking kiosk. Initially five units were deployed for beta testing in the Denver, Colorado area. During this period, the Company determined that some minor reengineering to cabinetry was required and returned the deployed units for reworking. The Company also stated that its bank partner required hardware changes that necessitated additional engineering and software upgrades. Pantel reports that all referenced re-engineering is now complete.

The company has deployed a final unit to its bank partner for certification. Upon receipt of the necessary banking certification, the company expects to deploy 50 units prior to the end of the year. The company stated that all 50 banking units are currently in production or completed and ready for deployment. Each kiosk will provide convenient banking services including ATM, bill pay, debit card, money transfers and check cashing within a small footprint. Initially only bill pay and ATM services will be provided. The remaining features will be activated as the various company vendors certify their respective functions.

Pantel Systems has reported over 100 confirmed contracted locations for its kiosks in the Denver area and is focusing its first deployments within the Hispanic community. Each kiosk will replace existing ATM machines that are actively in use at this time, thus insuring immediate usage and revenue generation.

Pantel Systems also reports that it is aggressively conducting site surveys and installations with three grocery chains for its digital signage service located in the delicatessens of each store. Currently site surveys are being conducted in the Ingles Market, Inc, for installation of 20 digital signage systems in stores throughout Georgia prior to the end of November. Pantel Systems plans to continue site surveys with the Brookshire Grocery Company stores in and around Dallas, TX and expects to install 25 units there prior to end of November. To complete its initial round of grocery deployments, the Company will also conduct site surveys in grocery stores of the Save Mart Supermarkets in California. Collectively, the company is planning on an initial installation schedule of 100 grocery locations prior to the end of 2006.

Additionally, Pantel Systems reports that it is initiating a digital signage solution for convenience stores. Pantel Systems reported that many Hispanic stores were interested in a digital signage solution but did not have necessary space to accommodate the full Pantel System banking kiosk. Therefore, the company reports that it is securing contracts to place 30 digital sign systems in Hispanic convenience stores in the Denver area and expects to complete these installations by year end.

On November 2, 2006, PSI Corporation submitted an 8K filing with the SEC announcing litigation that has commenced with Captive Audience. On August 22, 2006, PSI Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire various assets of Captive Audience. A disagreement occurred between the companies over the transfer of the assets to PSI. Captive Audience has filed a complaint seeking damages which PSI believes are unwarranted and will vigorously contest.

Ken Upcraft, CEO of PSI Corporation, stated, After further engineering, we are excited to be in final certification stage of our e-banking kiosk. A tremendous opportunity exists for the Company to serve the un-banked communities by providing the financial services that the bank consumer has become accustomed to. We are aggressively pursuing our e-banking and digital signage deployments and have established a goal of 180 installations by year end.

Our advertising sales force is rapidly selling advertising space for digital signage. As the initial rollout is completed and ongoing deployment is completed next year, our revenues from these ad sales as well as the financial functions of the e-banking kiosks should only accelerate. Although it is regrettable that we have not yet been able to come to a meeting of the minds with Captive Audience, we do not believe the issue will have any long term impact on the Company. We continue to be extremely excited about the acceptance of our product line and revenue expectations going forward.
